Yes. When permits are required for structural work, plumbing changes, or electrical upgrades, we handle the application and inspection process. We never skip permits when they are required. All work is done to code.
The 3D design shows you exactly how your renovated space will look before any work begins. We model the layout, tile selection, cabinetry, and fixtures so you can make changes at the design stage rather than mid-construction. It is included free with every project booked this month.
