Bathroom Renovations
Bathroom renovations are the majority of our work and the area where our tile expertise shows the most. We handle full gut renovations — demolition, Wedi waterproofing, tile, vanity, fixtures, and finishing — as well as targeted renovations like tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in shower installations. Every bathroom renovation uses Wedi Pro Certified waterproofing in all wet areas.

Kitchen Renovations
Custom cabinetry, quartz or stone countertops, tile backsplash, flooring, lighting, and fixture updates. We handle kitchen renovations from cosmetic refreshes to full gut renovations across Toronto and the GTA. Tile backsplash and floor tile are areas where our expertise shows — we bring the same care to a kitchen tile job as we do to any bathroom installation.

Condo Renovations
Condo renovations have unique requirements that most contractors aren't set up for — building management approval, elevator bookings, restricted working hours, and waterproofing documentation. We've done this work across Toronto condo buildings and handle the entire process including the contractor documentation package your property manager needs. We are experienced with both bathroom and kitchen renovations in condos of all sizes.

Tile Installation
Tile work is the craft the company was built on. We install shower tile, bathroom floor tile, kitchen backsplash, large-format porcelain floor tile, feature walls, tub surrounds, entryway tile, and outdoor tile. We are Wedi Pro Certified installers, use tile leveling systems on all large-format work, and plan every tile layout before the first piece goes down. Standalone tile installation projects are welcome — you don't need to be doing a full renovation to work with us.

3D Renovation Design
See your bathroom or kitchen renovation in 3D before a single tile is pulled. We build a photorealistic 3D model of your space to its actual dimensions, place your selected materials and fixtures into the design, and render it from multiple angles. This service eliminates the most common sources of renovation regret — tile selections that don't look right at scale, layouts that don't flow the way you imagined, cabinetry decisions made without seeing the full picture. Available as a standalone service or as part of a full renovation.

Certified for accessible bathroom renovations including barrier-free showers and aging-in-place design.
BuildABILITY Certified
Additional accessible renovation certification. Projects may qualify for the Home Accessibility Tax Credit (HATC).
How We Work
Every project, every city, every service follows the same process.
Free In-Home Consultation
We come to your home, look at the space, discuss your goals and budget, and give you an honest scope and cost range. No charge, no obligation. We assess in person because tile and renovation work cannot be quoted accurately from a photo.
Design and Material Selection
We help you select tile, fixtures, countertops, and finishes that work together visually and within your budget. For larger projects, 3D design renders show you the finished space before anything is ordered or built.
Written Quote and Contract
A full line-by-line written quote before work starts. As a Renomark Certified (BILD Member) contractor, every project is covered by a written contract with scope, timeline, and pricing. No verbal agreements, no surprises.
Renovation and Handover
The renovation is completed to the agreed scope and timeline. The space is cleaned and handed back for a walkthrough before we consider the project done. Touch-ups handled on the spot. Waterproofing records provided for condo projects.
