Our home base. We've completed more renovations in Etobicoke than anywhere else in the GTA — Bloor West Village, The Kingsway, Islington, Rexdale, and Mimico. We know the housing stock and the typical renovation scope that comes with it.

Detached homes in Port Credit, Streetsville, Erin Mills, and Meadowvale. Mississauga's 1980s and 1990s housing stock has dated bathrooms and kitchens that are overdue for a proper renovation. We do this work across the city.

Vaughan

Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, and Kleinburg. Vaughan's larger detached homes often have multiple bathrooms due for renovation — master ensuites, main floor bathrooms, and basement bathrooms that were built with builder-grade finishes and never updated.

Richmond Hill, Mill Pond, Jefferson, and Bayview Hill. A mix of large detached homes and townhouses built in the 1990s and 2000s. Master ensuite renovations and full bathroom gut renovations are among the most common projects we complete here.

Old Oakville, Glen Abbey, River Oaks, and Palermo. Oakville homes tend to be larger and higher-value, and renovation expectations reflect that. Premium tile, custom cabinetry, high-end fixtures, and master ensuite renovations are common in this market.
